Development of employees’ professional competences

The sessions discuss the issues of employee professional development in detail.
Participating managers are trained in how to develop subordinate’s professional skills in everyday work and during periodical meetings so that the subordinate becomes a fully self-reliant and responsible partner of the boss for the purpose of task implementation on a day-to-day basis.
 During the module, together with participating managers we select the most effective methods of competence development indicated as significant by an organisation, and the ability to build realistic and motivating development plans is also improved.

The training is especially useful for managers who:

  • have young and not very experienced teams,
  • are overburdened with work that cannot be delegated to their subordinates due to their low professional experience,
  • wish to stimulate motivation in their people to develop,
  • have doubts about how to build the most effective development plans for individual competences indicated as important by the organisation they work for.
