Conducting meetings

Conducting meetings is an important, albeit slightly underestimated skill of every manager. The course of a specific meeting very often determines employees’ motivation and commitment to the projects discussed there. Short and effective professional meetings held in a timely fashion have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the whole organisation. During the module offered by us, training participants improve their skills relating to planning and conducting meetings, learn how to chair a discussion, seek solutions within a group to defined difficulties or problems, and learn the techniques supporting team decision making.
