Designing

Each programme offered to our Customers is tailor-made. We are of an opinion that the questions most important for a trainer preparing a training programme are: Why? What is to be the final effect of the workshop or training delivered?

The maximum focus on Customer needs

It of the utmost importance for us to meet with the Customer and understand the profile of the company and (if possible) get to know selected future training participants before we prepare a specific draft programme. During the meeting, we work out together with the Customer:
  • Detailed objectives of designed training (why the training is needed), and
  • Indicators that help us to evaluate the effectiveness of the prepared programme (what will indicate to us that the training has brought desired results).
We also familiarize ourselves with the general profile of the future training group when we try to answer the questions:
  • Who are the future training participants and what are their basic professional tasks?
  • What training sessions and workshops did they take part in and what were the training results?
  • In what conditions do they work on a day-to-day basis?
When necessary, we offer additional techniques of testing training needs. They might include:
  • Individual or group interviews with the future training participants, their bosses or internal customers
  • Questionnaires addressed to the participants or their customers
  • Observation
  • Tests checking the knowledge and/or skills of the future training participants.

Adaptation

On this basis, we prepare the agenda taking into account how the Customer functions and including:
  • The offered training of optimum form and length,
  • The detailed description of the course of training,
  • Proposed pre- and post-training activities enhancing the effectiveness of the programme,
  • A suggested method for evaluation of the prepared programme.
As part of the designed programmes, beside training sessions and workshops, we also offer individual or group coaching sessions, preparation of training videos or materials intended for participants to learn on their own.
