The most difficult task for a manager happens to be not the achievement of the assumed result but rather the building of a team where each member is equally committed and feels responsible for the achievement of the whole task assigned to the team and not only the part of the task assigned to him/her. The module offered by us trains managers in the new style of working with the team.  It answers the questions – how to work with the team so that its individual members take responsibility for the results of the whole team, how to build jointly the task achievement plan, how to agree its individual stages and modify them towards task completion in order not to lose the commitment of the employees exposed to necessary changes. A growth in boss’s authority and confidence in the boss is an additional effect of the style of working with the team improved during training.
