The Power of Individual Differences

The purpose of the module is to establish the pool of solutions supporting collaboration with individuals representing various types of personality and styles of acting within an organisation. During the sessions, participating managers have an opportunity to improve their ability to accurately interpret the differences in behaviour of individual employees, use them for various tasks and work out their most useful response to such differences. Taking individual differences into account in everyday managerial activities is an important method to build the strength and effectiveness of one’s own team.

 The training is useful for all managers.
