Team Management

The module answers the question that is important for every manager, namely how to be an effective leader of the team that I manage. The factors that support team effectiveness and development are discussed during the module. Training participants have an opportunity to improve their skills in building responsibility and commitment in employee or project teams and learn the effective methods of organising communication and work within groups. The session ends with individual team development plans prepared by all participants for their own teams.
 
The training is especially useful for managers who:
  • have very diverse teams in respect of age and experience,
  • manage project teams,
  • wish to improve their skills in the area of building openness and confidence within a group.
