Individual Management

During the module, we discuss the basic forms of manager’s everyday work. Training participants have an opportunity to improve their own abilities to delegate tasks, supervise their achievement and provide feedback related to summing up the advancement of the task delegated to the subordinate. We discuss the ways of diversifying manager’s behaviour depending on the level of employee professional development as well as how the manager can build or destroy employee motivation with his/her daily behaviour.
 
The training is especially useful for managers who:
  • start their professional careers,
  • have very diverse teams,
  • experience problems in building motivation and commitment in their subordinates,
  • have problems with enforcement of timeliness and quality of the tasks delegated to others.
