Conflict solving and disciplining

The module prepares managers to dealing with individual misunderstandings, conflicts related to employees failing to meet the quality and deadlines concerning delegated tasks, conflicts related to the unclear areas of responsibility and conflicts with other managers. Training participants improve their ability to diagnose and solve conflicts, handle misunderstandings in an assertive manner and the ability to act as a mediator. The module also improves the ability to discipline employees which is necessary when conflicts and misunderstandings lead to flouting discipline and work rules.
