Change Management

Company success, and often its survival, is dependant on accurate change planning and the ability of managers to implement change effectively. The essential objective of the module offered by us is to prepare participating managers for the effective implementation of various changes within organisational structures reporting to them. During the sessions, training participants learn about change dynamics and logic, have an opportunity to practice the methods of building the climate of commitment to the change process and the basic methods of overcoming the open or latent resistance to change.  Managers get also familiar with the techniques facilitating people management in the change process and methods of strengthening change effects that are most popular. The session ends with building a personal development plan by each participant preparing for effective change management.
