For IT professionals involved in company-wide projects, implementing new applications, administrators, designers, programmers, business analysts.


The abilities to motivate oneself and others to collaborate, to persuade, to skilfully present ideas and solutions and to influence a group determines good collaboration during projects. These competences are worth developing for IT professionals who act as the managers of many projects and are the members of most project teams.
