In-company trainers often deliver the same training programme repeatedly. It happens that training with unchanged contents and in unchanged form is used by an organization for a few years which makes the trainers weary of it, they lose motivation and can settle into a groove. An offered workshop helps to overcome such unfavourable phenomena and revive training modules that are used repeatedly.
